I adore maths, and I love tutoring and helping students improve. I have had experience in tutoring students from a primary school level, all the way until GCSE. I did GCSE Maths only a few years ago so I know the course inside and out. I want to teach and inspire you, show you how interesting and satisfying it can be, or, if you're not a fan of maths and are just looking to pass your exams I can help with that too. If you have lessons with me, I will answer any questions you have even outside of lessons, to help you really get the most out of your studies and your time with me. I'm certainly not one of those people who got all 9s in their GCSEs, I pretty much struggled with most topics (don't worry I'm good at it now ;) ) so I know exactly where people struggle and how to get through those tough parts because I did it too. Having recently finished A-level Maths, I know how to best explain the more complex topics, looking at them from the angle you prefer to see it through, making links to things you already know, which teachers often forget to do. Before beginning the sessions, I will ask you what you want to get out of them, how much you like maths and what you'd like to study and we will go from there. This is your time, so I want to help you make the most of it. As I said before: I love maths, so even if you have just a flicker of inspiration I want to help nurture it and grow it into a fire. Together we can make your grades reflect your passion and work.
